They are making excellent improvements wirh the office staff. We've been tenents for almost 3 yrs now and though Mr. Darden is great to work with, he goes above and beyond to make sure you're pleased, he had employees that were not interested on providing a professional service, at all! Now it is very pleasant to call in and you are treated with respect and professionalism. A HUGE step up, and a very important improvement, for Mr. Darden and his business!!
I love Mr. Darden he has always been very nice to us. He helped us secure a house in 1 day after losing our other rental to foreclosure. The staff is not very responsive to service requests however. They suggest you submit requests online yet I still have to call because I never hear back - or they will set something up without checking with us first and we get a call around 9 am from a service tech stating they are on their way to our home (when we both work M-F full time) - we have had damage to the living room floor for almost a year due to a leaking inside AC Unit - I sent video and nothing has been done - my fear is it is going to go unfixed long enough for permanent damage and then we will be held responsible.
The staff are professional, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend this company!
