We rented through this company for a year and a half. Our issues were taken care of quickly when they happened. Unfortunately they happened fairly often but it was an older property so it was expected. The staff is SO NICE and were very helpful. We had a couple fees upon move out that I didn't feel were quite fair but they were small amounts and not worth my time to argue about it. I would recommend them, yes.
not a very organized business. it appears to have many cracks in the system and fees that are 'made up'....I give this company a thumbs down - as a seller I am better off managing my own property.
Although I didn't find a home to rent, the receptionist was very helpful.
I would never recommend this company to any one. They make every thing a problem and say things and never follow though with them. It's been a hassle with them from the moment we started renting.
