Also, they have no attention to detail. Signed a shorter lease at renewal and they messed up account name, monthly charge, etc. Even after addressing this with their office staff, it remains unresolved 5 MONTHS later.
While they appear to be addressing your concerns , it's a false impression.
Please be aware of this company. We were home owners and they treated us and our tenants horribly. If you pay attention 4 and 5 star reviews are at the same time back to back. Coincidence? If your military speak with JAG and ask them if they get alot of complaints about this company. I think you will be shocked.
BEWARE....you have been warned. You will lose that deposit. Not to mention theyre rude and short with their customers.
The office front desk is less than helpful. They don't really listen to you and they are rude when you ask questions. I needed a copy of my lease and they charged me for it, then they gave me someone elses lease at first, which was disheartening. The seal was broken around our door, and we let them know and they never got back to us. The fees are a little ridiculous as well, and I would just definitely recommend looking elsewhere.

The first property manager that i have spoken with in the area that actually was willing to offer me advice and suggestions on trying to find a home that may allow my 2 love bug pit bull mixes! Very sweet, and helpful! I appreciate your time and willingness so much! amazing customer service!
Maintenance issues will be handled when concenient...maybe. I had a rotted door jamb allowing bugs and water in from outside, and it took over 3 MONTHS to get it taken care of. This is one of a few examples where they dragged their feet.
I highly recommend everyone stay away from this place. These people will rob you blind. You WILL NOT get your deposit back. We took care of the house we rented. No pets, no small children...just a military family. They come in all throughout your lease term to "inspect" the house, never allowing you to feel a sense of ownership. I placed a few work orders that never got worked on as well. Right before we moved we cleaned every corner of the house and left it in better condition then we found it. We were charged a reinspection fee along with over $450 of a depreciation fee along with several other things that make no sense. They will nickel and dime you to death.
