The experience was horrible the owner is just as worse. They don't take care of their property but want the tenant to spend money to take care of the property. I will never ever would recommend anyone to them nor to rent or buy. They are slums and feel they can do people any type of way. The owner is a perv and tries to hit on young women. Ceiling fan fell out of the ceiling and they expected us to come out our pockets to pay for it. Never dealt with such an awful realtor
Smart and experienced. Best place to go when looking for a place to rent. They know the good and bad areas of town and will always steer you straight. Cheap rates and great deals.
Awesome renters
I've been with Aflab for a little over 2 and a half years and they have always been good to me. The only complaint I have is that they switched their phone service over recently and now I can't get ahold of them when I need them. My ac unit needs servicing and no one ever answers their phone anymore, so for 2 days I have been trying to reach them with no luck yet
