He and his staff are nice and proper while you are standing in front of them but the minute you step out the office it is a different story. Gold medal property management was a great company to work and rent from until they got relaxed enough to be themselves. The owner Keth I believe is a racist due to the fact that he told me at one point while I worked there that and I quote,"this is the United States of America and we speak English here!" AFTER I was speaking to a Spanish speaking tenant who came in with questions and to pay her deposit off. He also made rude comments about a Mexican lady who would sell food at the office to us.so after awhile

And others he doesn't give two cents about. I apparently quit according to this company but after that they treated my husband at the time like crap. He wanted to renew his lease without myself ( he never paid rent late by the way) because I moved back to CA and they re ran his credit and said they had to charge him an extra $200 because his credit wasn't so great. (Mind you I ran his credit and talked to Keith myself about his credit report which was at the time higher at a 520 and he didn't enact this new rule and didn't seem to care what his credit score was) I believe because I worked their he was giving us a break, so why re run and charge an extra deposit. When somebody renews at that company the entire time I worked there We were never told to run another background. They also tried to make him pay another application fee as well when In the file was a receipt stating I paid it already. So I called and Shannon the so called office manager she was rude and trying to fight me on the issue. Her issue was something that didn't have to do with my husband at that time. But thank goodness Janet an owner was there to wave her off the phone and tell her to waive that fee for him. Be careful when using this company they are not what they seem to be. I'm not even sure that they were really licensed for the maintenance that worked there. I wouldn't recommend them at all.
