I rent from them and it takes them months to do something. I have asked several months for a hood over the stove and still haven't got it. They ignore my calls & Text because they said I call to much. I sent a text last month about moving to a wheel chair accessible apartment and still no response.
I called and texted about my Toilet and no call or text they just have the maintenance guy call me.
I rent from them....And been trying to get hold of them to fix my ac.... They never in the office untill rent time...And don't answer phones...If the building was to blow up and kill us all they would care less. I guess I will pay for maintenance out of pocket and give them the recite when I doc it from the rent. They never even came to fix the hole in my bathroom wall and other small issues they promised to fix when I moved in... That was 4 months ago.
My son turned his heater on and the apartment filled with smoke. They immediately turned off the unit and called Olympic Real Estate and no one answered. No answering machine, it just rang and rang! What really concerned me was the fact that the smoke alarm never made a peep. No only is Olympic Real Estate COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE. They are in violation of several fire codes.
This is far from over!
