Great realty company! Have had zero issues thus far. I was able to apply online, pay any fees ,deposit, or rent online, and even sign my lease online. I literally only needed to pick up my keys in person. They even will help you set up electric based on who they recommend Veterans Energg. Water is through the city of Cove. They are super friendly , great customer service, you can view your ledger, and request maintenance request online.
Linnemann Realty has been the property manager for my home for the last three years. They have been proactive in listing my home, and ensured that it was rented out 35 out of the last 36 months.
I did give 4 stars because of the aforementioned problems, but as I stated, I feel that the company was responsive, addressed their issues, and has made real improvement in the quality of their property management. I feel confident that my property is in good hands with people who care about it, and I look forward to working with Linnemann for the foreseeable future.
I have enjoyed working with Sandra as my single point of contact for all maintenance issues with the property. She has entertained my requests for multiple bids on a repair job, and ensured that they were completed quickly and to my specifications. In addition, the sales team got my house back on the market this month nearly immediately after my renter gave their vacate notice for next month.
Don't let MY name fool you. I am known for being "difficult to please" when it comes to average things such as say "moving". But although my family was informed at the last minute that the owner of the house we were renting suddenly decided to sell it, and being told "...we could buy it or move." I had little time to find a property that met our needs and standards. After being sent a property that was not yet on the market but expected to be, the ladies at Linnemann Realty's rental division covered ALL the bases for us to prepare us to start moving in to the property as soon as practical. I forgot to mention - I myself was out of town working! Once we started the official move in, we addressed issues with the property and on the day before Thanksgiving, they jumped into action to get all the information I had for them and put together a plan to have the owner's permission to take action. Their attitudes are ALWAYS outwardly bright and cheerful, even when handling "challenging" customers such as myself. Because of their standard for customer service, my experience with them during this stressful time for my family has positively exceeded my expectations!! If you just want "right" and have high standards, give them a call! I'm glad WE did!
Hi, My name is Latisha and about 2 weeks ago I met a employee of Linnemann Realty that helped me change my tire in the rain in his nice clothes when no one would stop to help. He had all the tools for the job in his nice truck that he said Linnemann provides to him to do his job. While changing my tire he recommended Linnermann to me as a great place to rent homes. I currently rent from Heart of Texas and now I can’t wait till my lease is up because I would much rather be with people that will do extra and go a little further. I did have a problem with their handling of the previous renter's move-out, but we came to an agreement which I was happy with. Essentially, there was some damage to the property which the renter was not held accountable for, but Bernard at Linnemann let me know that they would cover the repairs.
Lastly. Move out is a breeze as long as you follow the instructions on their move out form
