Absolutely the worst property management company on earth!!! They are horrible at selling homes you own and horrible at keeping your best interests on homes you buy.. and worst of all they are nothing but sharks looking for weak prey to feed upon. IF YOU OWN A HOME, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE AS MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!! I was sucked in and when I wanted to get from under them, it was a challenge to say the least. Every one of my friends who have used these people have fired them and moved on to more reputable companies. Steer clear of this business if you know whats good for you, they are horrid!!!!!
Having the opportunity to work with a variety of Realtors..Title Comapanies..and the staff are helpful if needed...Being a Business owner myself I know how important it is to have flexibility and a well rounded team to assist when needed..
Mrs shennel watson was an absolute terror drawing us in on promises never showing for appointments and eventually just giving the house to someone else after making my husband leave work early multiple times and she would never show up. We had cash in hand and she started requiring more sudden paperwork to string us along she truly does not deserve a job acting the way she does I recommend never using her at the very least!

Shanell Watson was absolutely the worst property manager you could imagine. The way she runs that place is illegal. She has zero respect for the military and the only thing she cares about is screwing people out of their money. This place should be black listed.
