This rental agency in my opinion are stellar when it comes to the management of the home owners property. They are professional, prompt with communication, attentive to the care of the property, and more times than not, timely with repairs and problems.

We loved real star. Working with them was a pleasurable experience. Anytime we put in a work order they were quick to reply and send someone to help. At the end of the lease they were very helpful and responsive with getting us squared away so that everyone left on good terms. Would highly reccomend.
Thank you Real Star for the most pleasureable rental experience anyone could ask for. We have never been fond of renting from any property management companies because they all seem to be in it for the money and nothing else. Your team treated my family as if we were people and not just a dollar sign. I am 35 years old and we just bought our first house. In all of the prior years of renting, I never received a security deposit back and have always left the residence as it was prior to move in or better. You guys were very honest and I got a full deposit refund. Thanks again and we will keep you in mind if we decide to rent our home someday.

Real Star has managed my property for the past two years, and I couldn't be happier! They are vigilant in filling my property when it becomes vacant, and I am always informed in a very timely manner when and if maintenance is required. I recommend the Real Star team to anyone who needs professional property management! These folks know what they are doing.
Which brings me to the 4 star rating...the only setback with us was the communication and follow-up of the maintenance department. If there is as much attention shown to follow-ups as everything else, then this agency will be rated the full 5
