Movers cannot supply weight tickets. We were moving after my husband got out of the Army, and should be been reimbursed for part of the move. I made that clear to the " office staff" while booking amd again on the day when our home was packed into the truck. When the delivery driver showed up, he said not one person had told him that we needed weight tickets. Not his fault, but incredibly frusturating. We could have easilly been reimbursed for about 1/2 of this move, but now we are stuck and it ALL came out of pocket.
Arrived for pickup on time did a good job packing.
Arrived with delivery at exact time promised. unpacked and reassembled everything. was the best and easiest I have ever moved
When I call them to schedule the appointment the guy on the phone cuss and told me good luck i should have call before because they where book
Second time using North American both moves reasonable exact cost estimate no surprises.
I wouldnt reccomend this company to military users.
