The layout isn't that great but the service and vehicles were perfect
They have terrible customer service skills and has over charged for fuel twice now. They suck
So I accidentally locked the keys in the truck dropping off here, they were going to charge me to unlock the truck or I could call the free roadside assistance, why wouldn't you just go the extra mile for your customers and pickup the phone for them. Three stars, they were an easy drop off location.
The truck that was issued to me they did not do proper maintenance the truck only drove 45 miles an hour on a major hwy it took me twice as long to get to my destination and twice the gas. Reported roadside assistance and submitted my receipts, had to call numerous times to see about some reimbursements and still waiting. Worst Rental Truck company. They are quick to charge you but when it's there mistake it takes over 7 weeks to get a response if you are lucky. I will never recommended this Truck Rental company.
