I was impressed of the new image of the facility and site in its entirety. Clean and free of trash compared to the past as I recall the place. The staff Mr Fellers and Mr Santiago were both curtious and helpful. They were patient with me waiting on my decision on storage size but at the same time the process was smooth and with a pleasant feel at home type enviroment and without any pressures. Thank you both for your assistance.
