Do not trust this company with your belongings! We hired Budget Movers to move our family this summer. They did not properly secure the truck and during the short 3 mile drive to our new house, the load shifted and caused damage to numerous items. The owner, Will, has not returned our phone calls, emails or texts to resolve the issue. He claims to have insurance but we have yet to see any proof that he has turned our claim into insurance.
These guys were extremely helpful with my move. I used them for a resident at my property and They did great with that move so decided to use them for my personal move. They did show up a little late, but to no fault of their own. They showed up and got right to work. They broke down our beds so I didn't have to. They don't just drop your stuff off and go. They put everything back together exactly where I wanted everything. Definitely made my move as easy and stress free as possible. Definitely would use them again.
I had an outstanding experience with this company and I strongly recommend them. I have moved over 20 times and this was by far the best experience I have had. I was able to schedule a move on very short notice and Budget Movers were able to accommodate a last minute change to the time and date. They showed up on time and provided all their own equipment necessary to protect my wood and glass furniture including blankets, plastic wrap, and bracing materials. They packed, moved, and delivered my fully furnished 3 bedroom home in approximately 2 hours and 30 minutes with no damage to fragile items or walls and door frames. The workers were extremely professional and courteous. All at a cost well below competitors in the local market. In the future, this is the only moving company I will use in the Central Texas area.
I am so impressed with my movers today! I have had horrible experiences moving as a military family and these fellas unloaded my truck quickly and carefully and were on time, professional, and respectful. I am so glad I didn't go with a different company and chose them. When we pcs again I'll be asking for them again!
