I was happy at first until I needed a larger storage. They wanted me to pay full price for a larger storage then credit me for the previous storage rather than just doing a clean and easy switch. I moved to valu storage over the weekend. Life storage closed my storage down without me requesting it. I paid for the month and they assumed I vacated. I asked for a partial refund and the man had to read their own contract to get me on a no refund clause. Any company who brick walls the business for their benefit should not be in business.

I came in there the other day wanting a 5x10 and ended up needing a 10x10. Travis was awesome to deal with. Top notch customer service from both him and Belinda. Quick and easy. I'd recommend this place to anyone.
The car wouldn't jump normally so they helped me Google ideas and went back three or four times to check the starter charger as it took my battery forever to charge. They were super patient. I even offered money and they refused.
After a 9 month deployment, I came back to get my stuff, but my car was dead. Travis and Belinda helped me get my car charged.
