Their only job was to pack. We had separate movers. All I asked of them was to keep kitchen stuff with kitchen stuff, clothes with clothes, bathroom with bathroom, you get the idea. Instead they completely jumbled the entire house into mixed boxes. They also labeled every box wrong. So I now have to do triple the work unpacking. They packed things awful. They put several sharp blades wrapped in one thin piece of paper, randomly placed in several boxes. Both me and my husband cut ourselves. We had handcrafted, fragile items that were placed in GARBAGE BAGS and are now broken beyond repair. I’m beyond disappointed.
They came to pick up mine and my wife's stuff for our international move. They arrived and quickly got to work. They were nice enough people, worked efficiently and paid special attention to wrap our items. It was a hot day and I offered refuse from the heat inside the house during their break, which they kindly declined. I gave them snacks, and water because I figured they would be thirsty from working hard and who really doesn't like snacks. They decided to repay mine and my wife's kindness by stealing our PS4s and a couple games. I would recommend these people to absolutely nobody, and if you have the unfortunate opportunity to work with these thieves, I suggest you pay special attention to everything they pack and reread the paperwork they give you to make sure everything is annotated, because after reviewing my paperwork for the 5th time trying to write my claim and needing an inventory number, I've found that those specific items that are missing are not even written down.
