Dr. did not put order in. Pharmacy asked to wait and he would check for me. I left, old him i was not going to wait any loger. Left upset. So this is why I gave them a rating of 2. Dr's please make sure that you put the orders in for prescription when you are going to prescribe medicines. Patients having to wait that long and order not in can be upsetting.
Had an appointment today 11-9-2017. All went well until time to get my prescription. I had been sitting for over 40 minutes. I asked the pharmacy how long it takes to get a prescription, he asked what my number was showed him the number. He looked up the number there was not an order for my prescription.

Routine appts do take a while to schedule, but any time I have had the needs for a same day appointment they have always gotten me in that day. And getting the medication/referrals I need have been a breeze.
Every month I got a week or two without my medication .... No matter how many times I call in advance.... always have a week without my meds.... I'd be dead if this was life threating.
Horrible experience. The only thing I like about this place is my doctor. Other than that the women at the front are extremely judgemental. My husband was pcs'd to Germany and I was still pretty upset about it. My ESA and I had been out since 3 am (appointment was at 11) so she was pretty hungry and anxious and they were very rude to me and even talked about me when I left the counter. I ended up having to leave my dog in the car with the air on while they took their sweet time to get my son checked. Never written a bad review but being a military connected office they should at least be considerate of families and what may be happening.
While I dislike have to leave post to see a doctor, it's not the centers fault.
The staff is super helpful and my doctor is awesome.
