I loved my physical therapist on evaluation day. But the.following days he spent more time having personal conversations with other patients or training the receptionist than he did with me. I have had to go to physical therapy before and was not left alone and told by the therapist to tell them when I was done.,While they wandered around talking. My mother had the same experience at this same location. I am now looking for the physical therapy clinic I went to in the past or at least a different one that will make me feel like I am getting my money's worth.
Receptionist are rude and kinda snobby. Entry and waiting room not really wheel chair friendly. But the 2 physical therapist seemed like they genuinely care which is nice.
LOVED our experience with Karen V. & Nicole K. We are excited to be moving back. They really push their kids to succeed in a positive way. My son started there at age 3. Couldn't ask for a better staff!
Reg is a horrible physical therapist. He, misdiagnosed my issue and created an issue that wasn't an issue prior to my visit. I'm not very sure why this happened, however his lack of experience and training has resulted in a long term problem.
