unprofessional and rude
I recently had to find a new Dr since my last one is no longer in my area... I was referred to Dr Kadhim from another Patient and I have to say.. I absolutely love her... She is soo amazing... She does tell it like it is which for a patient like me, I need to hear it like it is... I've read other reviews and I haven't experienced anything but complete professional behavior... Thanks to this clinic , I've seen to have found my new home for health care..
This office is horrible. They charge for your records and I was a patient for about a month and saw three different people. Once was the doctor other times it was a PA (two different ones).
the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an I I had had appointment at 9 and arrived at 8:50. they said we were late and made us wait till 9:40 to be seen we were in the patient room for an hour waiting to be seen. this place is a joke. I would NOT recommend it
The office staff is extremely rude and have no people skills whatsoever. I have sat in the lobby and listened to them complain about patients who call the office, once they hang up the phone they are sharing with the rest of the staff what the call was about. I have never walked in to see a smiling welcoming face, not one of the staff has looked up to even notice that i'm there. I understand that offices can get busy at times I worked in a medical office for 2 doctors and I was the only one in the office but I never made the patient feel bad about my busy hectic day! I was called by the office to have my appointment rescheduled due to a doctor emergency and so I show up the day they gave me and then I am told that it's the following week when I knew for sure the date they gave as I had written it down on all 3 of my calendars! That was the last straw I am looking for another doctor, this office needs some more training and professionalism.
