Then there's the time the clinic "lost" my son's paperwork. I was told to just have the other office fill it out again.
This is the most un patien friendly organization I have ever had the encounter of dealing with.
Do not go here. I tried it out for a year and it's over priced, the doctors don't care about you at all. They just try to get you in and out as quickly as you can and if you try to talk to them about a medication you're already taking when you're there due to a flu they will tell you that you have to make an entirely separate appointment for that issue. Their staff is unfriendly most days and have no interest in making you feel welcomed, worst doctors office I've ever been to.
No actual numbers to the clinics and no one knows anything when you get transferred to other departments. Always told, well you can go to the clinic and see if you can get what you need.
I liked the nice staff but my doctor never gave me a direct response if my leg was hurt and what to do. I had an x ray done but I never saw the results. My doctor then said I needed an ultra sound to see if everything was ok. She directed me to the check out point and hurried off. I talked to the woman at the desk and she called up a number saying they only do ultra sounds in Temple and the next availability would be next month.
Took my Son there today and very happy I did! My son received a negative strep test last week at Urgent Care and today he tested positive, and they took their time and made sure we were taken care of. From the front desk, Nurse Amanda, Dr. Sankoorikal and Ashley at checkout I was very pleased and beyond happy with them. Thank You all for taking care of my Son!
I went and spent my money to checked out and he never checked on me. Never did nothing but he me reasons why he couldn't check me. His name is Dr. Feeney. He's so rude and inconsiderate.
