I placed a simple online order last Friday. Ten pages printed in color, bound together. Needed it on the weekend.
I shop here regularly. Every single time, associates always greet me and offer assistance. Never knew i would be so fond of an office supply store.
I called on Monday. Rep told me that they were still having problems with my order and they would contact me when it was resolved.
They are very friendly, and helpful. Went in to make missing posters for my dog and they went to ends of the earth to help me! Will definitely be coming back. Thanks Emeé and Amber!
Seemed like an easy thing. There shouldn't have been anything difficult about this order. So yeah, terrible customer service. It shouldn't be hard to print ten pages...
Went to a meeting without the paperwork that I needed. Disappointed but still willing to work with it for future meetings.
Clean, organized, well stocked, staff was friendly and professional. Asked us twice if we needed help finding anything.
Store called on Saturday and we fixed whatever was "wrong" with the order even though I followed all of the steps on the website. No biggie, I just needed it done before Monday.
Joel and Paul were most helpful. I have shopped at this locations a few times and have been pleased with the customer service during each visit. Joel is very involved with customer service and have always offered his help. My interaction with Paul was very warm. He was very helpful, professional and had so much knowledge regarding most products within the store. I will continue to visit this location and will definitely refer my friends to shop there.
