I waited for about 10 minz and my phone was done this was the Best Place to go the mans attitude was well and he fixed my phone right in up I appreciate them
This place is awesome! I went to 2 other places and called another before i went to 360 and none of them could fix my phone. The shop that I called told me they couldn't do what I was asking either and suggested me to 360 cellular and I went. As soon as I got there I told him what was wrong and he immediately accepted my business.Great customer service and Fast service. Got it done on the same day. It was my LCD that was messed up and he got it done in just a few hours. My phone is like brand new. Thanks 360. This is the only place I'll ever go to if I need anything done with my phone.
The reason this place is the cheapest in Killeen is because they will replace your screen in 5 minutes and destroy the internal components in half that time. I came in for a screen replacement,left with a broken proximity sensor. Came back to fix that, left with a ruined camera. I had to break my protective screen off just to make sure It wasn't me who had smudged it(and that wasn't replaced for me)To their credit, they did end up replacing all of the components (that I found an error with) however I would not reccomend this place to anyone, and would try an alternative shop.
Excellent customer service... replaced my screen within seconds of going in.... prices are very affordable... I recommend if your looking for a perfect place to repair any phone go here...
