Immediately as I walked in the employee opened the door for me and had all my answers as soon as I asked. They are on top of things one - hundred percent. Nice store and a bunch of things to look at. I've noticed they weren't to busy when I went here but I'm sure this store gets some traffic in the day time.
Broke my phone and needed a replacement quickly. They gave me a 'deal' on a end of line phone. Either I am out of touch but it sure seems all the new phones cost a ton. May look else where for my next one.
The store is neat and clean, the employees were courteous. As a walk in, I did have wait some, maybe 20 minutes, to be helped. They have plenty of iPhone accessories, but meager pickings for most other types of phones. Overall, a decent experience.
Helpful on transferring settings to new phones, (Samsung Mega's to Samsung Note8's.
