This place lied to me about an incoming product. I go in one day to buy a laptop. They said the certain one would be in the next day. So I go in the next day and tell them how what the guys the previous day said. The associate decided to get an attitude with me (likely cause it seemed like I was telling him what was in stock). However he never actually went in the back to look and see if it was in stock. Just went off what his computer said.....
BestBuy shopping isn't as fun as it used to be. This particular location is ok. But they are allways blasting rap music through every display speaker. Gets annoying real quick.
Friendly staff. One employee asked us if we needed any help which was great. All employees were busy doing their jobs so no employees were just standing around not doing anything. Overall great experience.

I bought a refurbished HP laptop from them. About 2 months after I bought it I experienced issues with the software that allows splash pages to "pop up". A phone call to the Geek Squad said they offer free trouble shooting, and that a fee would only be charged if it was kept overnight. The holier-than-thou punk millennial at the Geek Squad counter said that it would cost $40 for a "20 minute fix". I repeated what I had been told on the phone, and he said I had been misinformed. I requested to talk to the man I had spoken to on the phone, and the young man said that "That would be impossible... He's very busy." I requested a manager... Same response. I took my laptop and went home. Installing Windows 10 solved the problem. I don't recommend buying anything from this Best Buy. It seems like they refurbish products just well enough to get customers to buy them, but not so well that you won't get screwed by Geek Squad after owning a product for a month or so.
