Artists were professional, also laid back and friendly. Very clean. Angela, my friends and I had a good conversation going while getting our piercing done. It helped make the encounter more comfortable. Prices are very reasonable. I would most definitely recommend this shop to others.

Great shop, it's clean and friendly. As soon as my mother and I walked in we were immediate greeted and helped. Good prices. My mother and I went to get our nose pierced, which was done by Angela. She did an amazing job! Loved her she's super funny. I highly recommend this shop. Looking forward to getting a second piercing by Angela.
Charles is AMAZING! Me and a friend came in for a different artist For tattoos my friend paid upfront (420$ plus a 100$ tip)for his for the whole tattoo and only got a outline done and I paid for a deposit and the guy took our money and ran! Names Brandon Kendall don’t trust him! Anyways we came to the show and told them what had happened and Charles gave me my tattoo for half the price and fixed my friends tattoo and finished for free!! This place is the most honest and customer first tattoo shop I’ve come across. I will defiantly get all of my tattoos from here. They are trusting honest and caring for their customers and make sure you’re 100% happy without taking your money first.
I’ve been in Killeen a little over a year and had Charles Chapman at Cats Custom do a few of my tattoos and I will not stray elsewhere. He is reasonable with his pricing, and immaculate with his work. The environment is comfortable and stylish. I love all my tattoos I’ve received there and recommend them to everyone! Charles is diligent with his work, honest, and down to earth. Completely everything you look for in an artist you’re trusting with your skin.
