Paying on my desktop the guy ran my debit card twice and stated it was denied.
They been really good with me. Then I went to get a mattress and they said it would be delivered today and well I find out at almost 7 PM they can't I already put my old one outside in the mud that's just great.
Wish I could give them -5 stars. So I had gotten a couple of weeks behind. So they started to call my references. One of the people who they called used to be on my account which I had her taken totally off my account even went in the store and did it. This person couldn't be trusted. So I get a text from the person who was supposed to be taken totally off my account. Telling me that buddy's called her and that I better get a hold of them or they were going to take legal action. THAT'S INFORMATION THAT THEY ARE NOT TO DISCLOSE BY LAW TO ANYONE unless I give them written consent. I took her off my account for a reason she doesn't need to know my business. I am highly dissatisfied with buddy's. So don't trust them.

Immediately after the call I received a notification that 100 was taken from my account from this store. My notifications showed before and after balance to verify that payment was approved. Speaking with the mar SAM he was VERY rude, obnoxious and being in customer service over 20 plus years I'm pretty sure you all can do MUCH better than tthis guy.We are returning our other items however once this desktop is paid off ..Never again! As a radio host right here in the Killeen community I'm very ashamed to know that people are being treated this way with NO remorse whatsoever. Be careful how you treat others..you never know who your customers really are and their roles right here where your business is located.
