So I call about exchanging my factory speakers to aftermarket speakers, and I told them I wanted something with better sound, because I had to turn up my volume almost max to get a descent sound with my factory ones. Paid 200 for nothing cause they didn't tell me it wouldn't make a difference.
Omega is bad for business I got my system installed and it started messing up came back the owner of the business told me they wouldn't be able to fix it because his son did the work and he doesn't work there anymore. I spent 800 on my system and was told I have a year warranty. He was very rude unprofessional and is bad for business. I will never recommend anyone to go there. He also stated how he doesn't like dealing with black people
always make sure you write out,your own consent form , their signatures ,licence numbers BEFORE PAYING any information that could be taken to court ,stating everthing including the company tells u,you write and state about ,full refunds ECT if the company messes up, transferring all your money back into your debit card ,so there is proof in court if needed that they never gave you your money back and you get back all your money , they deal with being a f**ked up person :)
You would think that coming here to get your system installed would be professionally done but that's not the case. After getting my system installed by these guys , I Know face that annoying engine noise every time I take my car out for a drive. Please get your system done somewhere else.
Came here to get a custom box made for my Scion TC. Not only did David make the box, but installed everything I wanted at a reasonable price. Although there are cheaper, you get what you pay for. And their service is amazing! Thanks again guys!
