Staff was very helpful when we were looking for a guitar for my daughter. They are knowledgeable but don’t breathe down your neck. Store is clean and well-stocked.
Staff is friendly enough. My last major purchase the guy handed me the display model without saying much. I thought I'd get a new one from their inventory, I guess? I know guitars that have been played for longer sound better, but I thought it was a bit strange.
Staff makes the difference! Anytime I've needed something, they have been able to get it, even a special order guitar that they didn't stock normally. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and easy going.
Our son got his first guitar here. Really awesome service and they offer free lessons every first Saturday.
Nice selection. They buy used gear but don't offer top dollar. All my guitars are from here. The Mitchells feel really good
