Tells me i will be on hold for a sec. Hold for 10 mins wish we had another water service we could choose from.
I'm so sick and tired of this company. What a way to represent the City of Killeen. Besides the fact that they're rude, they hang up on you. You can't even get a hold of customer service. Like AT ALL!!! they told me to pay before 2pm to get same day restoration service - it's 4:50 and my water is still off. I pay on time every single month. Every month!! Beyond fed up!! Beyond!!!
This is the single most ineffective phone system in probably all of Texas. It's no wonder our city is in bad shape. You can't even get to the point where you talk to a person. You can use the automated system to pay a bill, or you can select to talk to a customer service Rep, at which point the system "answers" and promptly disconnects.
There rude and very disrespectful they honestly dont care about you not having water at all even if you paid passed due balance they still shut off your water anyways this is why I dont like killeen water utilities they don't care about there people at all . don't trust these people with your water needs. Mind as well keep my water off
Wish they have negative stars...It's Thursday at 1pm and their phone system are saying it's after hours. Smh stupid ass company
