Honestly I think it is a sad excuse for a "business" and they couldn't care less about the residents of Killeen. First of all there are a lot of people on fixed incomes and some who only get paid ONCE a month. Do you think they would try to work with them on an extention until they get paid again (a whopping 4days btw), or maybe give them a date that works with their pay date? NOPE! They shut it off as soon as they can (oh, and don't forget about the reconnect fee, yay just another expense to look forward to paying on a fixed income. Thank you) Why don't you do an overhaul of your rude and unhelpful employees, keep the couple (literally like 2) good employees you have and concentrate on positive customer service and helping the little guy. A little compassion goes a long way. Have a good day.
Impossible to talk to a rep or get something accomplished over the phone. Hope you don't have an after hours emergency, because there isn't manning for this type situation.

I was having a very frustrating time trying to contact the solid waste department for the City of Killeen. I needed to ask a simple question about the transfer station on U.S. 190. After several calls and no answers I called the Public Information telephone number it was answered by a very pleasant lady who attempted to transfer me to the solid waste dept., but she too was unsuccessful, she then said I may have better success in emailing my question to that dept. Since I could not find the email address she took the time take my email address and then email me the email address for the solid waste dept.

Horrible. Our water was suppose to be turned on today from 8 to 12. We spent 2 days talking to person to person, got an email confirmation saying today at that time. I called the after hours guys he spent his time screaming at me telling me it's Saturday when clearly the email says today. Not only did he scream at me what do you want me to do about it he hung up on me. He was completely completely rude. He screamed he'll get here whenever he can. He didn't say he'll call, didn't say what time nothing and hung up on me. Good job on the nice customer service. I will make sure I call 1st thing Monday morning to talk about this with hopefully someone that cares. We've been without water since yesterday at our new house. Wish there was am option for no stars at all because one star is still too much
