Horrible horrible experience with these people!! My account was charged twice when purchasing a ring. I was assured it didn't go through so I wouldn't have to worry about being double charged. Wrong. My card was double charged thanksgiving week.. Effecting my Thanksgiving. It's been 4 days and the money hasn't gone back in my account so I had to file a dispute. Also after all this happened.. My ring waent even ready in time. Pick up time was supposed to be 2pm. Well I showed up at 530pm and was told I should of came at 7pm. I'm so mad to the point I told them I didn't want the ring at all. I'm sure that return will take 2 weeks. I Will never stop in here again nor would I recommend it.
These people were great!!! They took their time and showed me everything I was interested in. I will definitely do my shopping there now!
I purchased some jewelry for my wife as a birthday present. Lillian was my sales rep and she went over any questions I had and showed me the inventory even though I was unsure of what I was looking for. Lillian was patient with my questions and in the end, my purchase and visit were top-notch. Thank you for everything!!!
My husband bought my engagement and wedding rings from the Samuels in Cedar Park but since we are stationed at Fort Hood I take them in to the one at the Killeen mall. We purchased the lifetime warranty on it and it has been useful. I recently had an MRI and had to have my rings cut off. They repaired them and they look good as new. They buff/polished, resized and checked all stones. This was also done within a few days turn around. Very happy with the results and customer service was fantastic. They even called a week later to check up on the rings.
Great service, people were nice and helpful but not too much selection. Great experience though.
