Before I took a visit to this store I called ahead of time to get some info on pawning my single din touchscreen radio. The person who answered the phone John, Jerry, and or James( kept changing his name) was very unprofessional from the phone call onto the store visit. Priced my150$+ radio at 15 to 20 bucks. Please dont fall for these fake reviews like i did. Worst pawn shop ever.

Ive been coming to this shop since I was 15. Now everytime I try to get a loan I get nothing but a hard time from there manager some guy that use to work at the video store up the road probably got fired there. If he was on the street you would think he was a drug adict or a purse snatcher a real shadey character. Things I got previous loans on many times before he acts as if it was never pawned, giving one qoute on the phone then changing what he says in person, doesnt know what the difference between real and fake sunglasses brands are. He acused me of passing fake Oakley sunglasses even though they had serial number then he says well the lenses are fake and the frame is real lol are you serious..... very unprofessional, sarcastic and rude. This use to be my go to pawnshop but he is the single reason I've moved my business elsewhere. Pretty sad these reviews will do nothing to correct the problems with this business but rather ignored ultimately there are now alot better choices don't go here.
Good and best place to go get everything a good price and also they sometimes have a sale like every month or 2 weeks there games are good and if it doesn't work they will refund it opend or not. So everyone I recommend this pawn shop than any other place in Killeen and also they are very, very nice too
Came over to see if I can buy something, price was $80. I said I'll come back tomorrow to purchase it, the sales person told me it will be $150 tomorrow. Well guess who didn't come back the next day? And ever for that matter. Who ever says anything like that to a customer? It wasn't a joke either.
