Waiting to get the car checked in for an Oil Change. Only one person working the counter that kept leaving multiple times because she didn't think to get all the information at once. She saw I was getting impatient and proceeded to take her time. Poor service.
This is the worst tire center in the Killeen area, don't be fooled by their low prices and warranty. I purchased tires here 3 months before I deployed because they had the best prices. First, they scratched my rims up when installing the tires then when I asked what happened to my rims the tire tech said their equipment was old and they had to "reverse mount" my over sized rims so they had the machine clamp down on the face of my rims and scratched the entire inside of my rims. 9 months later I returned from my deployment took my truck in to have my tires rotated and balanced, I dropped my truck off and walked around the mall for about 2 hours with no call, I walked back to check on my truck and my truck is parked in front of their bay, I ask if its done, I was then made aware that one of my tires was not balancing and one had irregular wear, I thought well good thing they're still under warranty. I was then told by the manager that they no longer did business with the company who made my tires, but since they were relatively new they could prorate my tires to have all 4 replaced. Unfortunately, the manager couldn't find my file in their system to start the process because Jackie, the assistant manager, didn't put my information in the computer. I was instructed to come in the following day to see Jackie. I come in the following day to check the status and Jackie tells me that the manager didn't say anything to her about prorating the any tires and that he is out of town and isn't answering his phone but he would be back the next day. I come in the next day he isn't back, this goes on for 3 days until she tells me she will call me with an update, a few days later I call her she says I'm working on let me call u right back and hangs up. She calls me back 4 hours later and tells me she will only replace the one tire that isn't balancing with a different brand. I have all terrain 35x12.5' tires and I bought a complete set of 4 because I wanted 4 like tires. I said what happen with prorating all four tires out I was willing to pay a difference to have 4 like tires and she said I've told you what I will do and that's it. Last time I will ever go to Sears tire center. I never did see or hear from the main manager after the first day he said he could prorate my tires, I believe his name was Jonathan.
Web site states automotive section open until 5:00 today (sunday). We are from out of town and have a flat trailer tire and figured they would be somewhere safe to get a repair done - wrong, wrong, wrong. They were not only not open but dumb and dumberer working there were clueless and could have cared less. No wonder their stores are closing
The front office is EXTREMELY slow. I had an appointment for a basic oil change. I scheduled it online with all of my vehicle information. I arrived 15 minutes early to the scheduled time. One customer was ahead of me in line. I still was not greeted until 10 minutes past my scheduled time (I was standing in line for 25 minutes). When the customer service agent at the desk for to me they were unable to find my appointment in the system.
I had alignment done and it is become bad in less than 6 months!! I was told that I had warranty for 6 months and when went back they said you have more than 6000 miles since service so warranty is no longer valid !! I would not recommend for your auto service at Sears. I felt no courtesy for customers !!
They are very unprofessional and slow paced. My car is "Promised" to be finished at 11:00 the time is now 10:40. The only service they are doing on my vehicle is a oil change.
