O.C., Jessica, and the rest of the staff are awesome. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. They're located in a convenient area in Killeen, and you can't beat their prices!
Sometimes they are not familiar with their own Speedperks rewards. Other than that they've been good
The staff at this location is the worst people they could have chosen to work there. They are not very nice and very slow.
Ive spent quite a bit on my in two months. They where understanding and store Mgr was not rude what so ever. I needed to test my battery and alternator with in mins I was help and found out the problems. As it turns out my battery was still under warranty and was able to get free one if I could track down the store. After 6 calls I found the store the manager had a pen ready for me. Received my battery a employee even put it in for me. and told me tips to keep it from dyin with my faulty alternator. Thanks AAP
The people that work there should go home for lack of enthusiasm and their bad attitude. They are mean and very slow and don't care about the customer.
