The whole staff is professional and don’t try to talk you into buying or using services you don’t need. They inspect the tires with you so you can see what they see and explain to you based on a graph board where you tires are at. If you schedule a service, they get you in and out! Love coming to this place.

I have to give a HUGE thank you to Shayne!! He is the person who waited on me, and helped me above and beyond, when I had a big problem with all of my tires. Also, a very BIG THANK YOU, to the men who quickly put on new tires. My tires only had 22,000 miles on them, and they were high quality Michelin tires, that I paid a pretty penny for, and they went bad. Not sure if it was manufacturer defect or what, but they were supposed to last at least 70,000, I believe (though, we all know, that's just a number, and not reality). Well, they didn't!! Each tire had the same issue, and thank God I trusted my gut instinct, and brought the vehicle it. It just felt like a wobbly ride. Shayne got the warranty company on the line, plus another company to find out what could be done. He spent a good amount of time on the phone, trying his best to help me. He felt bad about the situation. Between the calls, and what Discount Tires could help me with, I was able to get my situation dealt with, to the best of their ability. It still costed me in the end, but nowhere near what it could have, and for that, I am truly grateful. THANK YOU SHAYNE AND DISCOUNT TIRES!!! You made a big difference.

Great customer service and friendly staff. They'll help with any of your tire or wheel needs. If it's a slow day, they're quick to have your vehicle done and on your way. Awesome place!
Cons: Wish they have alignment services. It would be a one stop shop for me...buy tires, get them rotated every 6,000 miles, and get me an alignment when needed.
