The staff was extremely professional, very quick! to repair a star in my windsheild (after I walked in, without an appointment), and *so* friendly. Their prices were great, too. Can't ask for a better experience! I had to leave a review after going there because everyone needs to know about this place :-)

Horrible. The business owner was rude and disrespectful. He was cursing at me and slammed my car door because he did'nt accept responsibility of the damage cause by his technician. I will be reporting this business to the BBB and consumer affairs. I will not recommend this business to any one. Action Auto Glass is a rip off and a big 0.
I have been going to this company for years. Four vehicles to be exact. They are a great local company and I have always been satisfied with the quality of work and how polite and professional they have been toward myself and my husband. My reason for writing this review is this: I see them every year ( I get a chip in the windshield yearly) this time was different. I went in the young man said he could fix it and when it was time to pay, the owner told me I was good. I said, "I'm sorry excuse me?" He said you are fine and Merry Christmas. I was stunned and said thank you so much I really appreciate it. That is the kind of folks you will be dealing with in this business. They are awesome and made a bad morning turn into a great day! I recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the good work guys! Businesses like yours is hard to find nowadays!
