I get a diagnosis on my issue and set the appointment date. I end up showing up an hour early to my appointment which they didn't mind at all. A two hour wait later and they are pleased to let me know that they were able to salvage and reuse the parts I had had in prior and the only thing they had to actually repair was the electrical on my AC. They saved me money and I was both surprised and grateful for their honesty.

Considering the positive experience I've had, I've recommended them to a few of my co-workers. I am happy to say I will be using their services again in the future when the time comes.

I came in Saturday and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Called them before I came into the appointment asking about my quote for the my tune up. He calmly answered any and all questions quickly and professionally. Went in and decided to stay while they worked on it. Some lady came in screaming and literally crying and complaining about some personal matters. The guy behind the counter was completely courteous and kept his cool while being berated. He calmly asserted the problem and she ended up calming down and things were settled.
Fair prices and a great experience.

The people at the front counter are very friendly. Always able to work me in when they are not swamped. What a great team to work with and are very professional. Joe and Reeva are the best and I will continue to being my car back for all my vehicle needs.
It's a hot Texas summer and my car's AC has been down for months. I ask around for a quote for my problem and they're the first to respond back. After reading through many great reviews, I decided to stop by on a Saturday (which is their "First Come-First Served" day of the week). I managed to be first.
That aside, he worked with me in my price range and gave me top of the line parts for a great price.
To see this man deal with that and still hold a smile and still work to the best of his ability, even to a very difficult customer, was something you just do not see anymore. And I mean this lady was ignoring him and his expansions, screaming and being far beyond rude. Among other things which I refuse to list here.
I will definitely recommend this place. Sat, Sep 23 I went to have my car brakes check and Reeva the lady at the counter was absolutely amazing. I decide on this place do all good reviews that they have and it was very helpful. Since Friday I have issues with the brakes, can't believe I try another place and they don't even take 45 mins checking the car and came with a ridiculous diagnosis on my car wich was going to cost 1,000.00 more. Thanks God I decide to wait and get a 2nd opinion. I will definetely have All Tune and Lube as my #1 place to go to in the future.
