I dropped my 3 week old truck off to put 26" rims and tires on at the Killeen Tx location. They had my truck for over 24 hours. When I picked the truck up I had a huge dent on the driver side that was 2300$ worth of damage. And 3 out of 4 of the rims were scratched up. When I calmly asked about the damage they stated that I brought my new truck with full coverage insurance in like that. Which was a lie. The manager and corporate claimed they did not cause the damage but offered to pay half of my deductible if I sign a paper saying they weren't liable. Horrible service. I'd never go back here and I tell everyone I know this. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
