I called for his services & he said to call back the next day during a certain time, which I did, so he could get my address to come check my vehicle. I got no answer after leaving him 2 messages. I understand things happen, life happens, but common courtesy would have been nice so I could have made other arrangements in order for my vehicle to get fixed sooner. I will not recommend this business to anyone nor will I seek it out personally again.
Very good mechanic! Kept getting empty promises from other mechanics to come to my house to remove stuck oil filter that was torn and slightly crushed which left me stranded. He kept his word, came out when agreed upon and removed the bad filter and finished the oil drain. Very reliable and is very proficient in his work. Would highly recommend Derrick to anyone who is in need of any kind of assistance.
