Quick enough and affordable, but terrible customer service. Here's the situation... I bought a fun little project car to restore in my spare time. I've decided to find a shop to help when I don't have time. This was my first time at this shop, and I gave them some little easy stuff to fix as a trial run. Let me start by saying this: As a 30yr old paying customer, I do not appreciate being called "Young Man" repeatedly... You never call your source of income "Young Man." Secondly, I had a question about one of the items they repaired. The... Owner, I'm guessing... very politely sent a tech to take a look at it. The tech was incredibly rude, apparently taking offence to me questioning his work. I have a lot of work to get done to get this car restored, and this shop will not be getting any of it. Clearly their techs are barely employable, with attitudes like that, and an owner that allows that... I need to know I can trust a shop to do the right thing when it counts, when i'm not there. Integrity. And if they get upset about anyone daring to question their work.... People must be questioning them a lot... And this was a non issue situation... I don't even want to think about what it would be like if they actually messed anything up. It seems, by the impression I was given, that they would never admit fault or bother taking care of anything. Anyways, Next Shop and Next Issue on my checklist.

i worked at this place they do sideways half ass work order the wrong parts string customer's allong with lies a d take forever to order parts they have poor service and poor technicians there the only one certified is the owner who is never there trust the bad reviews they are not a very good shop i wouldent go there and i stoped working there becouse i refuse to work some were were they take advantage of people

The guys at champion do a great job at getting to the point and saving you a few dollars the best the can..... no Movie theater or frothy cappuccino but great work

You be the judge. I took my 04 325i here because it suddenly would not start one Saturday morning. I finally called the shop the following Wednesday after receiving no call regarding progress. I was told problem was identified and being worked on. Friday afternoon I received a phone call from the shop stating my car would be ready in the evening after a test drive. Fri evening I received a call from the shop stating the mechanic test drove my car and the primary belt snapped and slapped the expansion tank and cracked it. At this point I was not happy and drove to the shop to discuss repairs. When I got to the shop I discovered there was more damage. Three pulleys were broken (water pump, idler, and one other). In conclusion, I decided to have my vehicle towed home after paying $$$$ to have a fuel filter and pump replaced and the shop telling me I would receive a discount on the parts that needed to be replaced as a result of the test drive.

I took my 525i bmw in for a new starter and it took them 2 months to fix. Then when i got my car back my radio didn't work the sunroof was dirty from dirty hands my door light didn't work and my sunroof didnt work my tow cover in front of my car was missing. I went back everyday no call back no nothing. The shop don't want to take responsibility for it's actions. The manger and mechanic said it's not the shops fault but how it's not if my car been in your shop for 2 months now nun of my stuff is working.1500 dollars wasted. Dont come here if you want your car done right go somewhere else. Now i have to go get a lawyer.
