Service is FANTASTIC! Waiting area for service is plush with free coffee, tea, and water. TVs are running and the seating is plush. Employees are super friendly and helpful. Service is fast and efficient. Prices are good. Best dealership in the area hands down!
Advisor William was very attentive and showed excellent service skills. I realized something on my vehicle to mention as William was busy with another vehicle I entered the advising area walking close to the desk next to Williams desk and the female was so busy eating nuts and conversating with an associate instead of being attentive I asked her are you working? and just decided to walk this William he has more common sense to work instead of sit and eat all day.
I've received services from a lot of Toyota dealerships but Toyota of Killeen has been the best so far. They are timely and have a very comfortable waiting room. They shoot you straight and take good care of your vehicle. I once ordered a special part for my Tacoma and Efrain from the parts department was a huge help. He went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and actually helped me install the part when a few issues arose. He represented Toyota of Killeen extremely well.
