I dont recommend this place. We got a car from them ..took them 30 plus days to get it in the shop , then lie about what was wrong with it..them unware that hubby and i are very knowledgeable about cars..they are rude and LIE on paperwork and try to hide it. Our car we bought from them was totalled back in may by a woman with no insurance well our insurance contacted them to find out pay off on car and come to find out they all of a sudden what was 6 thousand dollar pay off now became a 7 thousand dollar pay off. So keep a close eye on what your signing and pay very close attention to everyone and everything when going through them. Also they have VERY BAD reputation with the BBB.
Ryan, Bobby and staff are always professional. I will continue to do business with this establishment. I will refer everyone I run into whom is looking to purchase a vehicle to these nice people. FYI, if you do refer, they pay $200!! ---bathrooms are spotless.
I have done business with Action Motors a few times and I must say that Sandra is amazing. She works with you and does an extremely great job.
Not willing to negotiate or be reasonable with their inventory. I was looking at a 2007 Chevy 1500 that they had priced at 12500 and wouldn't budge below 11k I know the value of vehicles and I'm well aware of what their cost is I've been in the industry long enough to know that what to expect but I would have never expected anything this ridiculous. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Chevy 1500 4X4 and I paid only $9500 and it's in way better condition than their entire lot.
Sales gal, Cheryl, was high energy. If she did not have an answer to a question she tried to find it. There was a disconnect on a point of the sale but Ryan (Mgr) and Bobby (owner) made good on the agreement so all is well. All in all a good experience and I have a 2011 Ford F150
