I bought a used work vehicle from Freedom Jeep in Killeen earlier this week. From the first call to finalizing the paperwork, everything was quick and easy.
Took my jeep in for an appraisal to see what it would be worth to them. Shawn drove it around for a bit then came back and asked if I had a problem with a mechanic putting it on a lift to get a better look at it, I expected that and said yes. Came back and said my jeep needed some work, which it does it's not perfect. None of that is the problem.
I'm from out of town. Came in as soon as they opened to get my oil changed. Everyone was very friendly...they pulled up my information quickly and got me fixed up in a good time frame!!! No complaints....fast and friendly service!
I flew into GRK airport, and they even had their shuttle service pick me up. From test drive to signing the final paperwork, I think everything took less than 60 minutes.

I didn't even go there to buy a car initially. Just for a diagnosis on repair for my Jeep. Was killing time, walking through the lot looking at cars. Met up with Corey Simek. Bless his heart. ❤️ ended up trading my Jeep in for a 2015 Ford Fusion. Best decision ever! And Corey made the process so easy. I had nothing with me that is usually required when trying to purchase a vehicle. Credit score not that great. Within an hour, he had me in a good car and a price and interest rate that was good for me. Would definitely recommend this place and Corey as your sales agent. No pressure, laid back. He treats you as he would want a salesman to treat his daughter if she was a customer. Very good experience for me. Couldn't be happier!!
This jeep has been parked for the better part of 6months. Drove it maybe twice-3times a month down the freeway and back just enough to keep it running. Tire hasn't been off in over year.
The problem came today, a week later. I had my jeep parked because the registration was expired. From Killeen to Georgetown it began to wobble....hard. It had never had a problem with jeeps dreaded "deathwobble" before so I was scared but couldn't stop in the middle of nowhere to check, I stop at the first gas station on 195 and find that my front left wheels lugnuts were completely loose. I checked the others and found more loose ones on the front right side. One of them only took 1loosening revolution to come off. I could've died because of a simple mistake. I call Shawn to tell him this and ofcourse his answer is "we never took the tires off."
