The staff is very friendly, but the wait times are ridiculous. We made an appointment for 10:00 for a simple oil change. My husband arrived at 9:30 and didnt leave until almost 11:30. We have had our oil changed here a few times and every time the wait time has been unreasonable long.
Tim and Kenny, and they addressed everything we were looking for to get us the perfect van for what we needed. The price was more than fair, the trade-in process was simple and extremely reasonable too. If anyone's in the market for a used car, start here — we are 100% satisfied with our experience!
I brought my Kia Soul for a simple oil change and tire rotation and to have them check something going on with the electrical system of the radio. I was given a ride home as they promised and told I'd get a call when my car was done. I did get a call but was told I had to wait 30 min for a ride, which was not a problem. However, 30 minutes turned into 2 hours. I walked to the dealership to get my car and when someone did decide to call me and tell me they were on their way, I told them, not to bother since I was less than a minute away, yet they still drove to get me. By that time, it was too late to salvage the poor customer service given by Mr. Fox of the service department. Oh and their way of checking the electrical problem was driving my car to another city and wasting my gas and then telling me that they couldn't find the problem. He told me I needed to bring my car in whenever it caused the electrical problem again. My car is not even a year old and has less than 10K miles on it. This is my 2nd KIA car. KIA used to have great customer service, and stand by their cars. I will never go to this dealership for minor maintenance unless I am forced to and have called the warranty company to tell them about the electrical problem the dealership haphazardly dealt with.
