I was very pleased with the way the process went and them getting finance options worked out to fall within my budget. This week, I discovered having a bad battery and it needed to be replaced. I contacted Terry Johnson in sales; and with the help of Tim Ward; without hesitation, my battery was replaced. I’ve heard lots of stories about Automax; and as a Veteran I must say I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Automax. For that, I will recommend and continue to do business with them!! Will and Jamie treated me well. They had a branch manager, that was short with gray hair. He was rude with me for attempting to negotiate a good deal. Not sure why he was so emotional it's business. I ended up leaving and getting a 2018 Camry Hybrid at the Toyota next door. They treated me well and were willing to negotiate a good deal for both of us quickly. Do not be afraid to shop around and do not be bullied.
This is a great dealership...I’ve purchased 3 vehicles from then and I’ve never been disappointed. The sales personnel is attentive and knoand are willing to go the extra mile to get you what you want and at a competitive or the lowest price you around. I especially recommend Dewayne Goats. Mr. Goats went to battle for me and got me into the truck I really wanted and for the same payment I had with my trade-in. I thought that would be a mission impossible, but he did it. Dewayne is a down-to-earth guy that will make you feel at ease the moment he start talking with you and is not pushy. He will work within your budget and if you buy, you will come out happy. Great team, great dealership. By the way, if you go on a Saturday, you can have lunch for free!!! :-)
I went to Automax Ford, and I had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER !! Michelle and Jamie helped me walk away with a brand new 2017 Ford Focus. They were an awesome pair, and really patient, and never tried to pressure me or just try to “make a sale”. It was truly genuine from start to finish. If anyone goes to Automax Ford I absolutely recommend these two you’ll end up getting a great service, and a good laugh.
Great experience here at Automax. Dwayne our Sales Representative was amazing. He helped us with our selection of vehicles and provided excellent advice and support. He allowed us to make a decision without being rushed and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase even after we changed vehicle types and models midstream. Our application and business Representative Lambert was also amazing. He provided us with explanations of all financing details and allowed us to make an informed decision on our purchase.
