Great place to buy a car or truck. Ice man is a cool guy.
We bought 2 vehicles last yr. 08 dodge 1500 and a 03 honda accord. Both vehicles had issues when they was bought and we was promised they would be fixed. I was told the truck had new engine but every time its started it sounds like the inside is coming out. Took it 3 times and every time we was told the paper work on the engine could not be found so im having to pay for an engine thanks to these lies. The car has been to their shop 9 times in the 10 months we have had it. Drive it down the road and its just like you cut the switch off with no power. So im turning it back in to them so they will fix it or no one will bye it until they do fix it. We only put 1300 hundred mls on it in 10 months cause we dont trust it. Trae is a lyer and a bullshitter. His boss seems to be busy everytime ive called to speak to a manager of the business. I suggest if you want a vehicle with no issues go to another dealer cause these people do not do what they promise you.
I only gave this place 1 star because I had to. This place is horrible. MILITARY RUN! Take your money else where. My husband and I got a car from platinum that has now had 4 transmissions put in it! This place sells crappy cars and when you complain about a issue they act as if they don't have a care in the world. I sent my car in on Monday to get looked at because it had a bad oil leak and it was not shifting. I was told to come pick it up on Tuesday which I did after paying the over $400!!! The car was still in the same state as it was when I took it! I didn't even get to drive off the lot without the oil light coming on! Mind you my husband is deployed I am 7 months pregnant and I have a 1 year old! This place is garbage please don't give them anymore business.
I Have been buying cars with the owner for over 6 years and I will say all of my cars are in good condition. I had just bought my 3rd car from them last week. The Staff are very friendly and treat you like your family. You buy a car as is so u expect to have some matinence on it here and there but never any thing that will take alot of money to fix. Its a car new or old you will always have to fix something. Kudos out to Ray's team and expecially Mrs. Regina for being so polite and professional to everyone! I still own two cars from them and they are still working! Very nice for a small company to sell u cars that actually work. Will buy more cars in the future.
I use to be so happy about this company, but with the latest people being hired and the changes I feel I wasted my fiancé money. I was told two to three different things on the payment timing for my fiancé car. We were making payments late with no problem due to pay dates falling after the payment was due. The salesman and his girlfriend told me that the payment date would change after the deferred payment was paid. Along with an manager that was there before. ALL A DAMN LIE! I hate to wait a 3-5 days after signing the contract do get the car because it needs a lower control arm installed. Once We had the car 3 days later the got damn tire came completely! The salesmen blamed us for it and said we had to pay for the towing fee! Are you serious?! I am now behind a half of payment. I said I need until the 16th of this month and I can make the past due plus the half of the new payment. No, they can’t do anything I have until Thursday to make an 180 payment with $0.43 in my account. I lost my job and my fiancé (the owner of the car) hours were cut to part time. These people do not care about there customers. I’ve been told I made a big mistake by going to them. And I am feeling it. I’ve had mechanical issues with this car I’ve had to come out of pocket for and still made my payment on time. I truly dislike this company. I feel like I’m losing money
