THIS PLACE DOES NOT INSPECT THEIR CARS BEFORE THEY SELL THEM!! I bought my 2007 Cadillac SRX from this place 11 months ago, BIGGEST MISTAKE I MADE!! They were friendly, I test drove a few different vehicles before I decided to buy the SRX. The engine light was on and I was very hesitant but the men that worked there reassured me it would be looked at and fixed. All they did was reset it!! Weeks and weeks kept passing, as I took it in more than 6 times and all they kept doing was resetting my check engine light. I eventually said screw it and stopped brining it in because they obviously were not doing anything but wasting my time with their incompetents. So MY mechanic said that there was medal in my oil and told me I need a whole new engine!! So in the last few weeks, my brakes stopped working (the pedal jammed) and it's been accelerating by itself. The battery light came on 2 days ago but my Volts were ok. I drove last night, it died, and had to get it towed to my house this morning!! Now it's my Alternator!!? STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!! I thought cars were suppose to last you longer than a 6 month Renting Lease!?!?! SMH
Worst dealership ever!!!! Truck constantly broke down and Jason is a liar who avoids calls. Never use these deceitful people!
I found a car online that I liked at Performance Motors. After doing a lot of research on the car, I headed over for a test drive. The salesperson (Charlie) was professional and friendly. I decided I wanted the car, so I made an offer. While my first offer was rejected, they did work with me so that I could afford the car. I am very impressed by them and plan to refer them to anyone in the market for a used car.
Poor service. Prices at least 2000 more than the listed fair price. Crooked men. Should be ashamed of themselves.
This place is a joke and Charlie is extremely condescending and rude. My sister purchased her truck here and while she was helping our Father move his belongings out of the path of hurricane Irma they decided to repo it and strand her across the country. I understand that she was late on her payment ( by less than half a month) but when asked how much was need to be able to retrieve her vehicle we were told that sorry it's not gonna happen. I said I have the money to pay it right now and they didn't care. They also have her childrens carseats and other personal items and when asked how to retrieve those Charlie told me in a snide tone that I would have to talk to the towing company. So now my poor sister and her children are stranded thousands of miles from home with no way to get there. DONT BUY HERE. They are rude sexist conmen. Just look at their replys to other reviews. It's NEVER their fault they sold junk cars to poor unsuspecting people just trying to get a decent car. They have predatory loaning practice's.
