THIS IS THE WORST CAR LOT IN WHOLE WORLD TO BUY A CAR FROM!! THEY ONLY WANT TO SCAM YOU, FIRST THEY SALE YOU A CAR WITH A RIDICULOUS DOWN PAYMENT KNOWING DAMN WELL THE CAR AINT WORTH $100. THEN THEY TELL YOU OF THE TAX TITLE AND LICENSE WHICH ALMOST THE SAME AS THE DOWN PAYMENT, THEN THE CAR IS TRASH THEY CLAIM THEY GONE FIX IT WHEN IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE FROM THE BEGGING!! The black man there is the con artist and the lady is his Bonnie so beware I just got a piece of trash from them!!
I would like to say from the beginning of dealing with this company to the end we had nothing but positive results. They were able to schedule our repair within 24 hours and were we scheduled from 3-4 pm called my spouse at 4 pm to see if they had arrived and he stated that they had already come and gone with work completed. I would definitely recommend this company.
Dam i don't even want to put one star...I called to this location on 8th street and the Guy answered the phone is so freaking rude....I had purchase a car from them at the other location on Veterans Memorial by that Churches Chicken. I brought the car with no radio due to that was a minor fix and i wasn't buying the car for material things just needed a reliable ride to get back and forth to work. Everything was good when i drove the car. But 30 days after i had the car the car stopped in the middle bell tower bridge on my way to work. The car would not accelerate or go when pressing the gas petal. I contacted a mechanic and he ran a diagnostic test. He stated that he has to replaced the Throttle body position sensor. After that the car drove for like 5 mins with the new part on it and went back to not accelerating. He checked all of the fuse codes and electrical components still nothing. I contact the Dealership and the Owner Tonya Williams advised me to try and get it up to her shop for her mechanic to look at it. The drive for me to go to work is exactly 8 minutes that afternoon it took me 1 hour and a half to make it there. That's how slow the car went less and 5 mph. Her mechanic look at the car and took my new part off and gave it back to me. He told me that i could go get my money back after that. My car still wasn't fixed now it's been two weeks. I only had the car for a month. So she took my car to another shop guys name is Patchy he had the car for about a week an a half they had him do the same thing i just had my mechanic do far as running diagnostic test and also brought the same part that i had return due to her mechanic. I advised them of everything i did and it was no need for it to go to that shop because its something with the computers. After Patchy did the same thing i had the mechanic do, then said that he couldn't fix the car he has tried everything its a computer issue. So i advised Tonya Williams that they just waste of money and time with him now its a #3rd shop and that mechanic says he has to rewire the car whole car. Don't really kn how long that will take. I have ask her to place me in another car or let me drive something until this car get fixed. It has been 23 days of the month that i haven't had my car. I will not be paying a car note or insurance on the car until i get the car back. They wasn't trying to here that putting me in another car to please the customer after i was referred to the location to get a car. I have 3 different phone numbers for them and nobody seems to want to answer. but i will get a text...this is such bad business i will not be recommending no one to the car lot. Anywhere i can put a review up about this place i will because they got some shady ass charaters that works there. I will be reporting all of this to the BBB.
My daughter bought a minivan from them. She was in need because she has 6 children... the door came off!!! The sliding door came off! She hasn't even had it 30 days and all they had to say was, "you bought it as is"! That's trifling! We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!
