Hi I've been there three times and the second time they would not even talk to me that's when they had the dime down going on they always want a large down payment, I know my credit isn't good but this time they said they would buy your vehicle they told me to take mine back to were I was buying it from and turn it in that's good on the credit but you had better have good credit when you go there or a lot of cash. I looked at a truck Saturday they wanted $10,999 for it a 2006 with wires hanging down tailgate would not open either without grabbing the guts and turning that truck was worth about $7,000 and that's in good shape sorry they over price and lie to you I will never go back and hopefully you won't either.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The dime down is total BS. We went and started the process and 2 hours later and still waiting for the application process. We had to leave and they said they would work on it and call us back. We waited 5 hours and called them back to see where they were with the process and were told they would call us back. We had to keep calling them back and every time they would say they were talking to the banks and working out deals. They also stated they would be able to get us in with 0 down. Then they decided we needed to pay $1,000 down for title, licensing and tax. The next day we call and talk to him and we asked if they could look into what we could get into and didn't hear a thing. After we called again for the final time asking for the guy he never came to the phone and totally blew us off. I would not take my business there ever! Oh and every tjme you tell them a vehicle you like their excuse is "I'll have to call the bank and look at numbers to make sure the mileage isn't too high."
Johnny Mac was a great person to work with when purchasing our truck. He worked his butt off to assist my husband and to make it possible when no one else could. They stayed within our budget and actually got it cheaper than we asked for. Johnny was very professional and respectful throughout the whole process and was patient with my husband and all his requirements.
