Got a 07 mustang from them they told me everything was in good working order not even One month later it's in the shop with $3000 worth repairs that need to be done to it thanks guys for everything I had used all my savings to get that car just know I'm u happy with y'all and I will never buy a car from y'all again
This is the first time I have ever gone to an automobile dealership that made me feel as though I was part of their family. There was no pressure to purchase a car, I was allowed to take my time and test drive as many cars as I wanted without feeling as though I was wasting their time. Archie and Jack made me feel as though I was the only customer that mattered to them. In addition not only did I purchase a vehicle but they also assisted my 21 year old with the purchase of her first car. They ensured that she had the best deal possible, educated her on the importance of buying a safe vehicle, and ensured that she understood the car buying process prior to her purchasing the car. It was as if Archie was teaching his daughter about the car buying experience.This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had, not to mention that the vehicles were not overpriced at all. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
Like everyone else on here- I felt like I was part of the family with these guys at Mac Haik = ) But, Archie, you went above and beyond and made the impossible happen, Boss-man! I am forever grateful for all the hard work you boys did while I sang old Macdonald waiting in the office. So to anyone reading this- not only did I leave with a shiny new car when my own bank couldn't help me, I also left more knowledgeable about my credit and how to get where I wanted to be quicker (awesome #'s man), and I was made feel family enough to hang out and play with my autistic child...loudly.
