This place is horrible. The manager can't work a deal to save his life. I feel sorry for the employees. Tried to get a car here multiple times. Even when I stated I was no longer interested they made me wait for hours to show me a car that was insanely hideous. Their out to get soldiers and unsuspecting new buyers. Avoid this place at all cost!!!
Okay I guess. my son was trying to buy a car. He ran into some issues. So they tried to bully me into co-signing even though I have a new car loan on my credit. I say no and stuck to my guns. I mean everyone knows their own financial situation. But these people used every tactic you could think of the pressure me. I don't like that.
I have a Dodge Ram diesel pickup and asked for a cleaning on part of the diesel exhaust system. Instead of simply performing the cleaning (which is part of the routine maintenance), they tried to tell me I needed parts replaced instead (this part is over $3k and another part that was already recently replaced and costs $600). I had dropped the pickup off at 7 am and it was 3 pm when they finally called to say they were starting to look at it. Needless to say, no work was done, my part hasn't been cleaned, and I still had to pay the diagnostic fee.
The employees at Dodge Country were so helpful during my purchase of my new vehicle. They were nice and they were very knowledgeable about everything I had questions about. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely be taking my business back to this dealership and always recommend it to my friends.
I had nothing but a great experience here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lorenzo was my salesmen, he didn't pressure me with anything. I knew what I wanted and he helped me find exactly that .I also got a good value for my trade in. I couldn't be happier with my new car. I recommend them to anyone.
